Annette Welsford is a serial marketer. She loves helping people to market their business. Her pet hate is self centred marketing – eg: it’s all about me, not about the customer! She’s had 30 years marketing experience, including holding senior marketing roles with several major companies in Australia and overseas. Although she holds a Masters degree in Marketing from Uni of Southern Qld, she finds that her hands-on practical direct marketing, internet marketing and publicity experience is far more valuable and relevant to small business.
