Melbourne Accountants Clarity Taxation decided to move office from Croydon North to Belgrave, and realised that the website also needed to be updated to better reflect their family values and range of services. Director Rachelle contacted Commonsense Marketing for help with designing, writing and developing a new site.
Old website was:
- Built on Wix, which means it is not their asset and they will never own their own website
- Old fashioned, didn’t give the right impression,
- Slow to load and had functionality issues
- Not optimised for Search Engines
- Upgrade the website to one that projects the right professional image, showcases their authority and credibility, differentiates them from competitors, and clearly communicates the services and many benefits for clients.
- The website should stimulate enquiries, and automate the follow up to prospects with notifications to relevant team member
- Include a type of portal area for clients to download resources, to upload completed forms, and to access articles and help about the latest issues affecting taxation, payments, super and accounting
In the Create stage we undertook the following work:
- Updated the website design and functionality to provide a more enhanced user experience
- Rewrote all website copy to be inspiring, helpful, relevant to each target market and succinct
- Updated all presentation of all products and simplified the purchase process
- Updated analytics and conversion tracking to provide accurate reports
- Integrated website with a CRM system, and developed a range of email marketing campaigns to prospects and customers
- Designed new social media assets to reflect the expanded product range
- Provided onsite SEO for every page, post and product
