Melbourne Accountants Clarity Taxation decided to move office from Croydon North to Belgrave, and realised that the website also needed to be updated to better reflect their family values and range of services. Director Rachelle contacted Commonsense Marketing for help with designing, writing and developing a new site.

Upgrade the website to one that projects the right professional image, showcases their authority and credibility, differentiates them from competitors, and clearly communicates the services and many benefits for clients.
The website should stimulate enquiries, and automate the follow up to prospects with notifications to relevant team member
Include a type of portal area for clients to download resources, to upload completed forms, and to access articles and help about the latest issues affecting taxation, payments, super and accounting

Rewrote all website copy to be inspiring, helpful, relevant to each target market and succinct
Updated all presentation of all products and simplified the purchase process
