Keep Customers Up-to-date With Trading Hours

Over the holiday period, your trading times are most likely to change. Whether you are taking a few weeks off completely, or closing earlier, it’s essential to let your customers know.

There are a few ways you can get your message out:

  • Send out an email. If you have your clients’ email addresses, you can send a quick email detailing your changed trading hours. Let them know when you will resume operating as normal. And don’t forget to wish them happy holidays!
  • Keep your fans and followers up-to-date on social media.
